Reporting into the Global Head of Reward, this is a technical role, providing support for global policy development and owning the regulatory analysis piece.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of regulatory remuneration analytics and disclosures
- Coordination of fair pay analysis and reporting
- Development and delivery of the year-end remuneration cycle
- Providing support and advice on local policy and regulations across EMEA and Asia
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will need solid experience of financial services reward regulation (e.g. MRT identification criteria). Proven capabilities within Excel modelling and presentation skills are a must.
