We are delighted to partner with a fast paced, dynamic, market-leading international business to recruit a SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Project Manager.
You will become part of the newly created Transformation Team and have responsibility for the implementation and future systems roadmap for a specific module and business area which includes solution design, build and issue management, optimisation and colleague experience.
You will manage a small team, allowing you to focus on the strategy and vision for assigned module and functional area(s), communicating that strategy in the form of a roadmap. You will participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups, continuously consulting with key stakeholders in order to undertake requirement analysis, sharing knowledge and aligning expectations. You will provide in-life operational support including administration and configuration changes as required, liaising regularly with the vendor.
This is fantastic opportunity for solutions focussed professional passionate about the development of HR Technology to take a lead in the largest UK SAP SuccessFactors implementation to date. This implementation is supported by an external consultancy.
The ideal candidate
You have a strong understanding of the HR function within a global, matrix, corporate organisation. You have experience project managing the implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors, or another HR SaaS solution. This experience may be developed either inhouse or within consultancy.
You have a passion for the development of HR Technology, you are solutions orientated and driven by process improvement. You have experience leading and developing team members and above all you have exceptional communication, presentation and leadership skills to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
