The Role:

  • Maintaining all records and reports in line with privacy guidelines
  • Acting as the technical point of contact for advice on RTW matters
  • Ensuring compliance to timeframes in line with legislation
  • Planning and managing the return to work for all claimants lodging claims
  • Identifying suitable employment opportunities
  • Focusing on early intervention
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Producing reports
  • Reducing duration of lost time injuries
  • Administrative tasks

About You:

  • 3 years + experience as a RTW coordinator
  • Current Accreditation in 'Role of a return to work coordinator'
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, use innovation and creativity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated professional competence / positive approach
