Our client, a global investment bank is looking to recruit for a rewards analyst. In this role, you will be working with various stakeholders in analysing and administering the best reward strategies for their employees across APAC. You will be required to drive efficiency and effectiveness in a co-ordination capacity. You will be carrying out duties across reward analysis, programme and project management.
You will be expected to partner with the wider HR teams in analysing best practice for reward structures and solutions and work closely with reward vendors. You will need to report & administer related reward matters. You will take a holistic approach in supporting the wider rewards agenda by working closely with the wider compensation and benefits team to ensure total packages are sufficiently in place and market leading
To be considered for this role, you will be a university degree holder in a business or analytical related field. 2 years of working experience with a passion in specialising in the rewards space. You should have strong attention to detail, communicator, team player and organisation skills.
