As a Reward HR Consultant, you will be a self-starter and will be expected to utilise our clients global and regional networks to develop and nurture existing and new clients. You will work directly with managers and executive leadership teams or organisations to evaluate and develop talent and reward strategies that facilitate achievement of business and human capital strategies.
You will be expected to lead superior and consistent projects for a number of our marquee clients. You will also be responsible for developing the practice and will play a fundamental part in engaging the team and associates that report into you. As part of your role you will be responsible for delevering seminars and presentations to CHRO's and CEO's in the region.
Our client is seeking someone who has prior background in either Rewards Consulting from either a Multinational HR Consultancy or from the Human Capital arm of a Big 4 Consulting practice. In addition, you shall have excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
Candidates which have either worked or covered the Middle East region as part of their remit will have a distinct advantage.
Please note this role can be based in Riyadh or Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. As a result, you must have Arabic language skills.
