Our client is a global and renowned asset management firm. We have been provided with exclusivity in helping them recruit for a rewards consultant. As our client is growing at a fast pace across the region and has created a new position to look after their APAC compensation and benefits activities. In this individual contributor role, you will report into the rewards manager who is based remotely with dotted line reporting into a dynamic Head of HR APAC based in Hong Kong. You will work closely in a collaborative HR environment.
The firm has a diverse regional remit, you will ensure that you will build a strong a robust connection with your client groups to help devise & execute compensation and benefits activities.
On a compensation side, you will undertake annual year-end cycles, marketing pricing processes, review of compensation surveys and work closely with stakeholders in the business and also the wider HR team.
From a benefits perspective, you will look after the benefits plan of the region including activities such as insurance renewals, negotiation, vendor selection and management. Employee communication, reporting and disclosure. Researching across the market is also key to ensure your benefit products are sufficiently placed for the firm.
This role is key to ensuring the employee population are appropriately communicated and educated regarding the firm's compensation and benefits offerings.
To be considered, you should have a strong understanding of compensation and benefit responsibilities and operations across APAC. Ideally, you should have around 8 years of compensation and benefits experience. Financial & professional services individuals with compensation and benefits experience would be welcome. In addition, consultants from a compensation and benefits consulting background looking after investment management clients would also be welcome. Chinese language skills are preferred.
