Our client is a leading group holding company based in Abu Dhabi and specialising in the Agricultural sector is currently seeking a HR Planning & Development Specialist to join their growing HR function.
Reporting into the VP of HR this role will focus on driving the HR Planning function through continued practise and implementation of industry best practices on areas such as C&B, Job Analysis and Grading, Organization Development, Performance Management, Talent Development and various HR Metrics which is in line with the company vision.
You will have a strong understanding of job grading and benchmarking process from using Hay or Mercer methodologies in your current or previous positions. You shall be responsible for the total management of compensation benefits, organization development policies and procedures and ensure their compliance to the systems, structures and standards set by various business units.
The ideal candidate shall be someone from a strong consultancy background who has worked on benchmarking, OD, Rewards and job grading projects for a variety of clients. As a minimum you shall hold a Bachelors or Masters in a HR related subject and ideally be studying towards a CIPD / SHRM certification
The ideal candidate will have regional experience and will have a strong grasp of total rewards, compensation & benefits and organisation design.
Please note this position is based in Abu Dhabi and candidates would need to be already based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
