A superb opportunity with a boutique investment firm has arisen to run reward for the EMEA region on a 9-12 month FTC. The role will report directly in the HR Director for EMEA and link in closely with the Head of Compensation in the US.
In this broad position, you will focus on being the subject matter expert for all things compensation in EMEA inclusive of compensation reviews, bonus pools and allocations, LTIP eligibility and regulatory landscapes. You will also be the main source of knowledge for benefits inclusive of core, insurances, wellness and health. Pensions also forms an aspect of the position where you will be responsible for uploading contributions to the providers website and cross checking numbers have been allocated correctly. You will also be the superuser for their Workday HRIS and ensure the system is used to it's full functionality.
You must be able to build and design complex worksheets in Excel with regards to compensation and reward figures, but also be able to explain your findings and reports to the C-Suite in London, inclusive of the COO whom you will work very closely with. You must be able to build dashboards to ensure visual enhancements to data which will allow you to make key decisions for bottom up bonus pools. You will build strong relationships with the wider HR community and also senior stakeholders from the business across the globe.
