Our client, an International Investment Firm, based in trendy offices in a stunning area near to Central London, are seeking a Reward Specialist to join their growing HR team. This is a newly created role to support their ongoing integration of multiple businesses they have successfully acquired over the last 2 years, providing you with the opportunity to get involved in the strategy of the company's new HR projects, whilst maintaining the daily processes crucial to their success.

The successful individual will need to have a good understanding of either tax or accounting. The role will report jointly to the Head of UK Accounting and the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits. One of the main responsibilities of the role will be maintenance of the firms Carry & Co-invest schemes, monthly carry/co-investment distribution, limited partnership tax returns and handling employee queries.

You will also support the Reward team on the introduction of new processes and guidance on key control areas such as LTIP's and International Mobility. You will also work with external vendors to implement solutions that streamline administration of these functions. Additionally, you will support the monthly payroll processes for UK & Ireland and will be pivotal in the payroll harmonisation project aimed to simplify and enhance the current payroll platforms. Lastly, you will support in carrying out the annual corporate audit.

This role would suit a tax qualified professional or an individual with tax/accounting knowledge who wants to broaden out their scope, take on a varied role and gain more exposure to Reward. The environment is warm, collaborative and dynamic and would suit an individual who is happy to get involved in a wide variety of areas and take on a role with a broad and ever-evolving scope. They are also seeking an individual who is a confident communicator, able to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders throughout the business. You will also need to demonstrate strong Excel capabilities.
