A globally recognised, rapidly growing and innovative firm, based in West London with a collaborative, friendly and supportive culture are looking to recruit a Reward Specialist. Based worldwide, with almost 100,000 clients spread over 180 countries, this firm prides itself on delivering excellence.

You will report directly into the Group Reward Director and be responsible for carrying out the data analysis, and providing information across the group, surrounding Reward policy and process. You will support on salary benchmarking, job evaluation and data analysis relating to LTIPs and STIPs. You will also have the opportunity to take part in Reward projects and support the RemCo committee on an ad-hoc basis. You will take ownership of and lead the data collection and validation pre and post the annual salary review, which will involve liaising with colleagues globally.

Your robust data analysis skills will allow you to hit the ground running in this role and give you the ability to lead on data led activities. Your knowledge of Reward processes will allow you to support the Reward team effectively and an understanding of LTIPs and/or STIPs is preferable to ensure that all related payments to employees are calculated and processed correctly and in the agreed time frame.

In return for your expertise, our client is paying £35,000 - £40,000 with a wide-ranging and competitive total rewards package, including a generous holiday allowance.
