A career enhancing opportunity has arisen at a global Law Firm, set in stunning offices in the City, overlooking some of London's most well-known landmarks. You would be joining a supportive and growing HR team to manage their global Reward function. You would have oversight of the Compensation, Benefits & Pensions globally and lead on the day-to-day running and strategy moving forwards.
You will report directly into the Head of HR Operations, acting as the global SME for Reward, Pensions & Benefits and manage the current Reward Advisor, who will support you in the running of the function on a day-to-day basis. You will work alongside the EMEA HR Managers to ensure that data is accurate and received in line with requirements; manage and coordinate the annual salary review; manage the salary benchmarking submission; coordinate the annual gender pay gap analysis; ensure the benefits remain in line with the market rate; manage & coordinate the benefits renewal, liaising with brokers & providers and manage the firms pensions.
You will be an experienced Reward professional who has managed at least three full annual salary review processes, demonstrate strong Excel skills, have managed a benefits renewal - liaising directly with providers/brokers and ideally have experience or knowledge of Pensions - either or both DC & DB. You will also work well to tight deadlines, and respond well to a dynamic, collaborative and agile working environment. This role is ideal for a Senior Reward Analyst/Adviser or Specialist looking to take on their first manager level role.
