This Bath based organisation is seeking a Reward Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Working for a well-known brand where customer service is at the forefront of everything they do, this is a newly created role reporting into the HR Director and offers a fantastic opportunity to make an impact and develop your career.
As the Reward Manager you will be responsible for delivering the total reward strategy that is aligned to business needs. You will manage all reward initiatives to include Gender Pay reporting, bench marking, job evaluation, annual pay and bonus, governance and preparing and writing Remco papers. This is a stand-alone Reward role giving you great exposure to the entire organisation.
You will have a solid background of working within Reward and will be able to demonstrate your expertise within Reward frameworks and compensation best practice. You will have excellent analytical and excel skills along with the ability to influence at all levels. You will be used to working to tight deadlines and delivering accurate and high quality solutions.
Salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 + bonus depending on the experience you bring to the role. There is the opportunity of flexible working and parking on site.
