A great newly created Reward Manager role is now available within a leading Media business (FTSE 250). Reporting into the Global Reward Director, this role will help to evolve and develop Reward practices across several divisions globally (EMEA, US, APAC) and establish the Reward function and build processes, structures and policies to ensure a consistent and fair approach to Reward. Key responsibilities will cover: Benchmarking (WTW) and supporting better use of benchmarking data, consistency and processes. Advising on how to adjust legacy remuneration arrangements to maintain total remuneration levels when re-balancing fixed to variable pay. Developing Reward processes, structures and policies to support consistency and fairness, partnering with the business and Divisional/Functional Heads of HR with the salary review process - including identifying inconsistent salary and remuneration structures, providing benchmarking data and advice on appropriate Reward structures. Collaborating with Heads of HR to develop Reward communication and employee understanding of their reward and how it has been determined. Supporting the Global Reward Director with RemCo paper drafting and preparation for RemCo meetings and additionally supporting with the drafting of DRR for inclusion in annual report & accounts. As a result the business is looking to meet Reward specialists who are ready to step up into a management level role whilst still enjoying an operational remit.
