One of the World's most famous companies, steeped in history, and with a strong social purpose, is now looking to recruit a Reward Manager to join their London HQ. Active in 50+ locations across the globe (EMEA, APAC, Americas), this asset, investment and charitable trust is now looking to recruit a Reward Manager in a broad and highly rewarding role. Taking chief responsibility for various reward matters across their multifaceted businesses, this role will provide crucial support to RemCo (both in preparing papers and presenting) and will help to develop global pay principles and frameworks that harmonise (where possible) group entities. The breadth of this role will also see you engaging with the core talent agenda, defining job architecture as part of a wider talent review and making recommendations to support the long term plan. As part of this plan, the business wishes to utilise their Global Mobility function and lean this into the talent selection and planning agenda. Your role - at the heart of the reward and talent function - will be to review and transform the existing GM program (from a Talent perspective) making mobility an enabler of career development and succession planning; and (from a reward perspective) defining policy, package, terms, support to assignees. It is hoped that you will quickly immerse yourself into this fascinating, legacy business, where you'll enjoy bringing up and developing your team and will be able to assume some of the operational remit of the current Reward & Talent Director. As a result the business is looking to meet Reward Managers who have held roles of similar breadth, where Reward, Talent and Mobility have been key functional remits.
