This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced reward professional to join a leading blue chip organisation in Dubai. The focus of the role will be to design, develop and implement a compensation strategy for the ME region, ensuring that it is aligned to the global offices.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for designing a reward strategy that is competitive in the local market but will adhere to the company's global practices. The Reward Manager will be required to project manage a wide variety of reward deliverables including the annual pay/bonus review, job evaluation, competency framework development, benefits management including all external benchmarking, a systems upgrade and global reward projects.
We are looking for individuals who have strong understanding of the compensation cycle in particular salary benchmarking, job evaluation and variable compensation plans. Previous experience in expatriate compensation and technical understanding of tax and immigration would be a huge advantage. Ideally you will have worked in the Middle East previously or covered the region remotely.
