About the role
Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will be an integral part of the APAC Human Resources team, who will be providing strategic guidance and implementation in updating regional compensation and benefits programs in line with the Global reward framework and governance as well as the overall business strategies. You will proactively collaborating with other teams ( i.e. legal and technology) on projects involving the continuous improvement within C&B for the firm. As part of this role, you will assess risks when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation. You will also take a lead part in driving HR excellence and engagement along the rest of the HR management team.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 15+ years of progressive HR experience within the Compensation and Benefits Space. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills in English is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders across the globe. The individual should be equipped with the strong leadership and team management experience.
