A leading financial services business is now looking to hire a Reward Consultant to join their City offices on an initial 12-month fixed term contract and support one of their Continental specific businesses. This broad remit role will cover: people policies, analytics, payroll, mobility and HRIS. There is some further refinement required on job matching, building on prior work to create a complete job framework across all the Continental countries (job families, market data, compa ratios) and supporting the annual reward cycle (performance management, salary review, bonus, other awards, LTIP awards) and implementation of the Continental Bonus Plan. As a result, the business is looking to meet reward professionals who are comfortable with high levels of stakeholder engagement. It is hoped that candidates will already be familiar with working within an FS environment, candidates outside of financial services may be considered.
