An exciting technology led leisure/sports business is now looking for a Reward Manager to join them and take on a more business partner focussed role, supporting the UK, Ireland and European population (c3,000 staff). Based in West London, this role will report into the Head of Reward and will actively manage multiple stakeholders within their corporate groups. Duties will be to support the end to end comp cycle, run models and provide compensation advise to HR Business Partners, Recruitment Managers and Line Managers for all internal and external hires including grading advice, salary proposals and benefit schemes.
