You new company are an international market leader, offering exceptional services and products to the market. After a period of transformation, they are looking to recruit a Reward Business Partner to work within a wider HR team and lead on the creation, development and implementation of reward, benefits, pensions and well-being initiatives.
You will work alongside a highly experience Reward expert who is spear heading the development of this function. There are specific projects you will lead over the next 6 months which include the onboarding of a pay and job evaluation framework. The annual reward projects such as benefits and provider reviews. You will review, develop and analyse the performance management and talent activities to discover whether they are fit for purpose. You will also act as the subject matter expert for job evaluation and benchmarking enquiries from across the business - which support and promote the pay & grading framework.
In order to be successful in your application you will have experience operating within a comprehensive reward, compensation or benefits position encompassing the above experience. You have experience with Hay Job Evaluation or a similar job evaluation model. You are ambitious, confident and would like to make your mark on a business - rather than just accept the status quo. You are looking to challenger behaviour, promote the reward strategy passionately and bring the data to life.
