A global law firm are seeking a Reward Assistant to join them on a part-time basis. The role is for 21 hours per week but the firm are very flexible on how this could be worked - you could work three full days per week or four or five compressed days. The salary is up to £30,000 (full-time equivalent).
This is a broad Compensation and Benefits role. You'll assist with the annual compensation review and annual benefit renewal processes, helping the firm ensure their staff are rewarded properly and their salary packages are competitive in the market. You'll analyse HR data and keep the HR database up to date, allowing the firm to make accurate decisions. You will answer employee queries and help them to understand their benefits.
Your Excel and analytical skills will be heavily relied upon. If you have previous Compensation and Benefits experience it would be beneficial, however the Head of Reward is happy to train you on these aspects if you have good analytical skills, so this could be a great opportunity to get your first step into Reward. Your customer service-focussed approach will allow you to work closely with the business.
