Are you a Reward Professional looking for your next role? A prestigious research charity are looking for a Reward Analyst to join their collaborative Reward team on an initial 6 month FTC. You will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects such as contributing to the design and implementation of an employee recognition programme.
You will play a key role in the delivery of the annual salary review process and provide Reward advice to the wider business throughout the FTC. There will be ample opportunity to get involved in other Reward related projects and activity, such as benchmarking.
To succeed in this role you will be someone who has strong analytical expertise and have worked on a minimum of one or two full annual compensation reviews. You will have knowledge or expertise surrounding benchmarking and market surveys and have advanced Excel skills. The majority of this role will be analytical and data focused, however there will be stakeholder management and business partnering too, so great communication skills are key.
