A unique, well-established financial services firm in the City are looking for a Reward Analyst with knowledge of regulatory reporting to join them for 12 months. In addition to assisting with the compensation review, you will also support with regulatory work and assist with harmonisation projects. The firm has a broad remit and a wide range of clients, and this is reflected in a varied workforce and multiple compensation structures. This would be a good opportunity to develop your Reward experience in a more complex environment.
You will work on a number of projects including incentive scheme design and reward harmonisation. You will support the annual compensation reviews, and work on salary benchmarking and job evaluation projects. You will advise HR colleagues and senior executives on compensation issues and assist in the creation of RemCo and Exec Co papers. You will help to ensure the business complies with regulatory requirements and assist in the production of the Gender Pay Gap report.
Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements gained in a similar environment is highly desirable as you will be heavily relied upon in this regard. Your experience of going through compensation reviews in a mid-sized business will allow you to have an immediate impact in this role. Your ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders, and work within a complex business structure will ensure an easy transition into this business.
