An exciting opportunity in a leading central-London based law firm has recently become available. The firm is among one of the largest 200 law firms in the UK, with a rich history and operates across a multitude of sectors. They require a permanent Reward & Systems Analyst to deliver the firm's reward and benefit programmes and produce key monthly reports across their diverse and expanding firm.
You will lead on the annual salary review process, the administration of the firms benefits and manage the firm's HR systems and MI reporting. You will be implementing regulatory procedures such as gender pay gap reporting and will be working closely alongside the HR team to deliver unparallelled service to the business across all aspects of the employee life cycle.
You will have excellent knowledge and understanding of compensation & benefits including practice, process and regulation within a similar environment such as Financial or Professional Services. In addition you will bring advanced excel skills alongside experience of utilising an HR database to deliver the firm's monthly MI reports and statistics. As a pro-active individual of the team it is advantageous to have project management experience to be able to lead and support upcoming initiatives relating to reward and benefits.
