Are you a Reward Analyst looking for a unique opportunity to develop your Reward expertise at an expanding global firm? Our client a pioneering Oil & Gas organisation are looking to recruit X2 Reward Analysts on temporary 12 month contracts, to join their growing Compensation & Benefits team.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work across Reward, Mobility and Learning & Development. You will play a key role in the finalisation of the annual salary & bonus review processes, as well as conducting salary and benefit benchmarking. Not only will this role have a Reward focus, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in a range of additional projects regarding Business Development, International Compensation & Benefits, and International Mobility projects.
Your expertise in Reward will allow you to hit the ground running in this role. In addition, you will be analytically minded with good numerical and Excel skills. Any knowledge of International Compensation & Benefits would be of significant advantage for this position, as would any experience of providing training or development.
The firm are looking to pay £17.00 per hour plus holiday pay for 36.25 hours per week (7.25 hours per day). The contract will last for 12 months, however it could be extended or even made permanent, depending on your performance & the business need.
