My client, a FTSE 250 on-line technology business, is looking for a experienced Senior Resourcing Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Resourcing Project Manager to formulate and deliver a robust cost effective resourcing strategy to support the needs of the business, always putting the candidate experience at the centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing a detailed recruitment plan for each business area and incorporate into the Employer Branding calendar. You will develop formal approaches to different types of recruitment e.g. campaign recruitment, specialist headhunting etc. You will assess the current and future resource and talent levels for all areas of responsibility. You will use this knowledge to develop short, medium and long-term plans to meet any gaps or needs.
In terms of assessment & selection, the successful candidate will be responsible for researching and recommending channels for recruitment that fit the resourcing strategy and meet the brand expectations. You will be responsible for developing innovative assessment and selection processes to enable the organisation to make informed choices about candidates using a full range of information. Ensure that these are delivered in all areas of responsibility. You will be accountable for developing the relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure that they are used appropriately within the process and there are measurable SLA's in place that they are regularly measured against.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifing and supporting the business to successfully deliver credible, customer focused, cost-effective and innovative recruitment solutions using a range of techniques which reflect our Brand and Values and which measure technical and behavioural competencies. Demonstrate best practice for candidate management and ensure that it is executed across the team.
Continually review recruitment processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and reflect the organisation's Brand and Values, measuring technical and behavioural competencies. Ensure recruitment activity conforms to best practice and current employment legislation and seek to continuously improve the quality and value of the recruitment service provided to the organisation. You will be responsible for operationally leading the Recruitment Team to achieve recruitment objectives and to deliver the recruitment strategy. Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists by leading senior recruitment assignments.
