Frazer Jones is supporting a Professional Services business through a period of change and transformation.
As part of this programme we are looking for a strong Workforce Planning Project Consultant specifically supporting the re-platforming of corporate services. Working alongside three key stakeholders you will represent the 'resourcing / workforce planning' function in determining the leading tech platforms as part of the RFI process. You will have a keen interest and depth of experience within Workforce Planning but will also need to combine this skill set with well developed Project and Transformation experience.
The original project is likely to run for 3 months but this is part of a much bigger restructure so the potential to extend and support the ongoing programme will exist for the 'ideal' candidate.
In this role you will work as a trusted partner for all senior management up to C-Level collaborating with all Resourcing Management matters. You'll lead weekly resource management meetings to ensure all updates are shared/exchanged, and any critical staffing decisions can be made quickly. You'll also be collating reports from multiple sources, summarising the key points and presenting information.
Supporting project and programme managers in the full setup of projects, ensuring best practice and governance is followed when setting up the project processes.
As a prerequisite you must have experience within Resource Management / Workforce Planning combined with the Project Management background, ideally from a Professional Services environment.
