Salary is up to £60k + Bonus, benefits and hybrid working is being offered.
Reporting into the Human Resources Director, the Resourcing Manager will support various business functions and will be responsible for developing and implementing progressive recruitment strategies through technology, management and D&I capabilities. Whilst the role is not limited to, such duties will include managing end to end manager and candidate journeys, updating and improving sourcing strategies, identifying future vacancies, reviewing recruitment collateral, designing onboarding packs and creating recruitment metrics to analyse.
To be successful in this role you will have a solid background within inhouse recruitment and will demonstrate your ability of operating in a 360 role to include front line support. Your experience with Diversity and inclusion and knowledge of IR35 will be of real interest to my client along with your pro active and can do attitude.
