This well-established and highly reputable organisation are looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team on a permanent basis.
This is a regulatory organisation within the financial sector, giving you the opportunity to engage with real experts in the field and some interesting stakeholders.
You will use your expertise to lead on multiple recruitment campaigns, working closely with senior managers and your HR colleagues in understanding the needs and requirements of the organisation. You will also take ownership of social media platforms and be tasked with advising on strategies to improve the recruitment and onboarding process. This will allow you to get involved with assessments and psychometric tests, and identify successful candidates.
Sitting in the HR team will give you a wider understanding of the organisation and it will allow you to get involved with key HR elements such as secondments and best practice.
This is a varied and challenging role, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of talent management and ensuring a positive candidate experience, while being part of the entire recruitment process. Occasionally, you will also liaise with recruitment agencies and work closely with consultants outside of the organisation.
