Due to their growth they are actively recruiting for a Researcher/Resourcer to join their expanding Hires Team. This role is vital to the success of the business and reports into the Head of Experienced Hires.
As the Researcher your main focus will be to identify talent to support current and future needs for the business. You will use advanced sourcing techniques to map the market across consultancies and industry. You will work in partnership with retained suppliers to refine the maps ensuring the focus and energy is on suitable talent.
You will conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for the business to leverage as part of their attraction campaigns. You will collate a range of data including pay, benefits, job titles, bonus and salary review dates, etc. This role will work closely with the Candidate Attraction Manager and Executive Recruiter.
To be successful in this position you would of ideally been working within an Executive Search, Headhunting or Consultancy environment. You will have the capability to use various online tools to identify talent and map the market allowing you to create an effective talent pool and ensure a solid understanding of the market and opportunities that may be out there. This will include advanced Boolean searching and LinkedIn Recruiter. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills and data interpretation and will be an excellent problem solver.
This is a unique role that will suit someone who enjoys research & identifying potential talent and market opportunities. They also offer flexible working and will consider someone looking for 4 days per week. Salary is 335K-£40K depending on experince.
