Join this Financial Services Organisation as their Remuneration & Benefits Manager to oversee all facets of the function within their multiple businesses covering annual salary review, bonus schemes and equity & benefits programs. This newly created role will review all existing processes and look to enhance and improve with a focus on salary banding, job classifications and incentive & equity schemes.
This role will lead a small team but you need to be comfortable in a hands-on operational capacity given the scope of the role. You must also be comfortable on the technical side as a new HRIS is being implemented so subject matter expertise within the compensation aspects is essential. Experience within financial or professional services is essential.
