Our client is a globally headquartered Recruitment Consultancy with ambitious growth plans for Asia. They have engaged our services exclusively for a Learning & Development Manager (fixed-term with possibility to become permanent). Accountable for delivering world class training to enable a high performing sales environment and drive excellent customer relations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth, fun, entrepreneurial and high energy firm.
This person will act as the go-to L&D / trainers for the Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong offices with the possibility of a few new regional openings in the pipeline!. They have an established training suite that can be utilised so this person will just need to deliver existing material in an engaging way to the sales teams. They will need to be autonomous and thrive in a fast-paced and buzzy sales/KPI driven environment. The successful candidates will offer on the job coaching and provide ongoing feedback and support to their home-grown talent pool.
Desirable: A recruitment consultant/agency background, sales training, or, L&D within a KPI/sales training background.
Essential: Classroom training and delivery
Ideal person: You could be a freelance L&D professional, someone new to the Singapore market that comes with a strong L&D background, a recruitment consultant with good exposure to training, an L&D professional who is immediately available or wanting to explore a new role!

Location: Singapore, occasional travel - most training can be delivered via VC or classroom style in the Singapore office
