About Our Client

Our client is a key player in the Technology space. They have strong presence across Asia Pacific, with a strong foothold in Singapore. As part of your role, you will be responsible for aligning the business objectives with the various stakeholders and employees in the business functions. This is a replacement role as the previous incumbent was moved internally into another position. The client is currently undergoing rapid growth and hence they are looking for strong HR Business Partner to join their team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will be working with a team of Direct and Indirect reports which will span across Asia Pacific, with primary focuses in Singapore and SEA. You will be required to take on a 2 pronged approach to secure strong operational excellence whilst being a change agent to transform the organization and reach greater heights. Some of the key issues that will require attention, to mention a few will be the talent development and retention of staff as well as the operational efficiency of the entire organization. You will also be involved with the executive team and also play a part as a coach to the senior executives in the firm.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess at least 8-12 years of HRBP/Generalist experience in the Technology industry, equiped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. Any higher form of accreditation will definitely come across as a great plus. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have some knowledge of how businesses run in other countries in order to be successful in this role. Last but not least, you should have a knack for developing people and have the foresight to be able to manage a large and diverse team across borders.
