About Our Client

Our client is a European MNC within the FMCG industry. They are a household brand and have been very aggressive with their growth over in the Asia within the past decade. They are focusing their efforts to ensure processes and policies are in-line with their longer term growth strategy and have invested heavily into systems. Hence, they are currently looking for a Regional HRIS Manager to join their teams.


Job Description

The organization is using the full suite of SuccessFactors and would require this individual to continuously support the change management and alignment of the systems alongside the operational needs of the HR teams. You will help to develop dashboards and establish a more streamlined process to ensure seamless KPI tracking and ease of system use. More importantly, they are looking for individuals that are able to align payroll systems and reporting spread across various countries and different payroll methodologies. All in all, they are looking for someone to build a first class system experience in alignment with global standards.


The Successful Applicant

The candidate should come with 6-8 years of HRIS experience and must have experience in SAP Success Factors. Ideally, the candidate should have some exposure managing or overseeing the HRIS payroll automation and had done regional work before. Given the many projects you will embark on, they will be looking for an individual with strong project management experience; Having a good sense of project planning, vendor management and business analysis. Given that this position is a pivot to the Global HRIS , Regional HR and Country HR teams, they would need someone who has the EQ to manage expectations and timelines amongst these 3 different client groups. They are looking for individuals who are resilient and highly flexible, possessing positive attitude.
