A global Financial Information firm has the interest of continuously enhancing their HR Team, and they are now looking for a Regional HRBP to play a critical role in driving the strategic workforce planning and management. The position is based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be developing, implementing and driving HR solutions and working to integrate HR strategies with business strategies. You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management to designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to the business on all human resource-related issues. The individual will develop a plan for the business to ensure that resources are managed strategically. This individual will be heavily involved in projects such as talent management, and employee engagement.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 12+ years of progressive HR experience having mastered the full end to end employee life cycle, operations and more recently have been managing business stakeholders. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders. The individual should be equipped with the knowledge of local employment laws and must have the ability to work in a team.
