Regional HR Team Lead
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established organization with a solid brand name within the FMCG industry. Due to continuing business needs, they are currently seeking Regional HR Team lead to join the team.
Reporting to the HR Director and CEO, the Regional HR Team Lead provides leadership, direction, and expertise on Human Resource key issues with responsibility for the full spectrum of HR activities across the region. You will be responsible for the full range of employee life cycle activities (recruitment, induction, training, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations); HR activities (policy, process and implementation) and stakeholder/customer relationships. You will also own, drive, design and deliver HR projects impacting managers, employees or stakeholders.
You will be working closely with senior managers and play an advisory role on all human capital matters. You will also implement training and development agenda and identify areas that need attention and improvement.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would preferably hold a degree with 8 years of relevant Human Resource experience demonstrating progressive Human Resource generalist responsibilities including general business fundamentals to make informed decisions and business savvy/acumen with a go-getter spirit.
