The Role

Reporting into the Chief People Officer, the Regional HR Director will have responsibility for delivering HR Operations across 12 countries, with over 5,000 employees and a significant HR team of over 100 with around 8 direct HR reports . The region is supported by its own shared services and Centres of Expertise for C&B, Talent and L&D.

The regional Chief People Officer is Partner within the business and your role will be critical in ensuring that the HR strategy is aligned to that of the business and supports the ambitious growth targets over the coming 5 years.

The Criteria

In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, you will have had experience working with large scale, ideally multinational organisations, with demonstrable experience of the Saudi market.

There is strong preference to hire someone who understands complex matrix professional services environments along with experience in high growth and fast paced environments. Whilst not a pre-requisite, Arabic language skills would be a distinct advantage.
