Our client is an International Law Firm who is looking to bring on board a Regional Head of Learning and Development to join their HR team in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Global Head of L&D, you will be working closely with stakeholders across the APAC regions to understand their learning needs and providing advice on training and development strategies. You will have the responsibility in delivering and managing the best learning practice and development initiatives across both fee-earners and non-fee-earners. You will also be the Asia lead in working with the global L&D team on supporting the Firm on performance reviews, HR initiatives and cultural programs. You will also have the responsibility to manage external vendors on a cost-effective basis.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in L&D in sizable organisations (prior legal experience is not a must)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in English
- A strong team player who is able to work interdependently and engage with senior stakeholders
- International applicants are welcome and an initial relocation subsidy can be included on an one-off basis
