With a strong market following and further plans to strengthen their presence in the region, they are placing heavy emphasis on the success/happiness of their people. Therefore, they are currently looking for a Regional HR Business Partner Leader to join their team.
You will be the lead HRBP to a several other HRBPs, focusing on partnering one vertical of the business to deliver the best in class talent engagement and helping the business to solve both commercial and human issues. This role will report directly into the Head of People and you will be focusing a lot of building up the existing capabilities of the team whilst also ensuring that you are able to also influence relationships at the senior level to help achieve HR & business objectives. Apart from that, they are also looking at further expanding the business into the region and would be focusing on expansion and potentially M&A projects.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you possess a minimum of 16 years of Human Resources experience reputable MNCs, equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. The successful applicant should be someone who is highly strategic and business savvy to be able to connect with the leadership team across the region. They welcome individuals who easily connect with others on both business & personal levels, have the ability to develop the organisation and its people, the ambition to shape the future and the tenacity to deliver on these ambitions. They are looking for a seasoned HR practitioner who is able to create value for the business and bring them to the next level in terms of the HR agenda of the organization.
