Based in the heart of Sydney, CBD, this busy role will be responsible for recruiting Retail and Operations role for the next 3 months as a minimum.
Manage the end to end recruitment of a range of roles from Store Assistant to Store Manager.
Take job briefs from hiring managers
Write suitable job advertisements
Source candidates via advertising, networking, linked in and other social media campaigns
Conduct face to face and face-time interviews
Manage the offer process
Draft contracts and welcome packs
To be successful in this role you will already have some experience of working in the Australian market as an understanding of Modern Awards and agreements, visas and sponsorships is essential.
You will have excellent attention to detail and you will thrive in a customer focused environment where candidate experience is key and being an ambassador for the brand is essential. An ideal background would be recruitment within retail, hospitality or customer service.
