My client is a world-leading construction company that has recently won a large project based across Sydney. As the project mobilises there is a need for a Recruitment Lead to drive recruitment strategy and also 'hands-on' recruit a high volume of engineers and blue-collar constructions workers over the next few months.
This role will involve establishing recruitment processes and policies as well as managing a high volume portfolio of roles.
Partnering with internal stakeholders you will quickly understand a range of diverse job briefs and decide the best ways attract the the highest quality talent, managing the process from requisition to offer management. As this project is in the growth phase you will be highly self-sufficient, extremely organised and be able to work in a changing environment.
Based Mascot - 6 month contract initially.
Previously experience/knowledge of construction, heavy industry, civil infrastructure of similar is advantageous.
