In-House Recruiter (12 Months)
An internationally recognised asset manager is in the market for a Recruiter to join their London office (West End), for a period of 12 months. This is a newly created opportunity and has arisen due to an increase in volumes in the UK and other international offices. You will be responsible for a global end to end remit and will cover all areas of the bank across back, middle and front office functions.
This is a high profile position and my client needs to hire a confident and commercial recruiter with a can do / positive outlook. This opportunity is likely to appeal to a forward thinking problem solver, someone that can identify challenges and take a proactive approach.
While recruitment volumes are relatively low, it's a high touch environment and requires someone with a commercial mindset who is confident talking hiring managers through their vacancies.
While this role has been released on a contract basis there is a chance it could extend and convert into a permanent position. The ideally candidate will have previously recruited in a standalone function within financial services on an international level.
