My client is an iconic retailer with years of experience behind them, linking the consumer with a range of products from fashion and homewares to food and floristry. With a customer centric focus this well-known retailer is looking for the ideal candidate to drive recruitment within their buying & merchandising division.
You will sit within the wider talent team and support line managers in evaluating their hiring needs across all corporate functions, looking at routes to market with new hires and benchmarking roles against the wider industry to ensure they remain reactive and competitive within the market. Recruiting across a variety of functions such as HR, Finance, Legal and Tech you will have the opportunity to expand your network, recruiting across a variety of roles.
Being proactive, you will thrive in constantly evolving your knowledge in the industry, keeping up to date with current trends and movement amongst competitors that could see great talent become available on the market. You won't stop there as you build a strong talent pool of both active and passive candidates, building the reputation of the brand and ensuring there is a constant pipeline of great talent across the function.
