Are you a talented Recruitment Manager with drive and ambition to run a fast paced and demanding recruitment function?

As the Recruitment Manager you will report into the Head of HR and take full responsibility of managing an efficient and effective recruitment service. You will create and manage the delivery of the resourcing plan which supports the business strategy.

Working closely with the senior leadership team on all search and selection for senior hires you will manage all recruitment and on boarding activity and develop an effective talent pipeline of future leaders and entry level roles. You will also take ownership of all PSL agreements and negotiations, manage the resourcing budget ensuring cost effective solutions and realistic service level agreements.

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who has a clear understanding of business strategy and direction, can identify employment market trends and has a broad understanding of graduate and apprenticeship recruitment needs. Technically you will have direct recruitment skills to include CV sourcing, headhunting, market mapping and effectively utilising social media. You will be skilled in interviewing candidates at all levels as well as running and facilitating assessment centres and conducting psychometric testing.

It is essential to have worked in a management role within a busy recruitment function where you have implemented processes and procedures as well as recruited multiple roles. You will have managed recruitment budgets and produced spend reports looking at ways of cost saving whilst ensuring you are an employer of choice.
