We are partnering with an exciting Media business that is hiring for a Recruitment Manager to join their HR team. Reporting to the Director of People, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment strategy and operational delivery of c.120-130 hires per year.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with key business stakeholders and coaching them on interview techniques as well as Diversity.
- Delivering c.120+ roles each year across editorial, marketing, digital/technology, sales, finance and design. The majority of this will be direct hires.
- Help further build out the social media profile and online brand of the business to ensure that they can attract top talent.
- Run and deliver the annual graduate hiring programme as well as the BAME hiring programme ensuring that it is sufficiently promoted.
- Manage the diversity specific ATS system and ensure it is being used correctly.
