My client is a commercially driven Education charity. They are looking to appoint a Recruitment Manager on permanent basis to deliver the talent and recruitment service.
My client is looking for an experienced standalone Recruitment Manager to join the HR department and manage their full-cycle recruiting processes. In this role you will be the lead recruiter for the organisation supporting internal stakeholders of all levels with their recruitment needs from job brief to appointment. As part of your role you will identify current and future hiring needs, advertise job openings online and managing the recruitment life cycle. You will be the ambassador of the organisations brand and maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and offer on all occasions good customer service both internally and externally. You will have experience managing on average 15 roles a month and support the HR Director on Senior level appointments. This role is a 360-degree recruitment role and experience in running end to end recruitment is essential. This role is standalone but sits with HR and so having a collaborative approach and team player attitude is key.
