My client is a national charity that supports homelessness with housing services whilst also preventing it by implementing key initiatives that help young people and adults to find employment, education and skills. They are looking to appoint a Recruitment Manager to join their HR team.

The HR team within this organization works to a dynamic business partner model, focused on offering efficient, creative and cost effective services that empower their employees to deliver excellent services to our clients. The Recruitment Manager will work in Partnership with the HR Business Partners and the HR Systems Manager to ensure that all recruitment systems, policies and processes are high quality, fit for purpose and continuously improved. They will identify creative and effective ways of recruiting and attracting new members of the clients team, and will build a strong employer brand.

This role will offer the opportunity to really develop and shape the recruitment service to date. From managing and re organising PSLs', working with senior leaders to develop a stream line and comprehensive recruitment service and working closely wot the HR team to help develop the D&I policies that will be reflected in the recruitment processes. You will work on the onboarding processes continuing to reflect the employee brand and excellent customer service from search, appoint to induction. You will also get the chance to work on designing assessment days and building relationships with colleges and further apprenticeship schemes as the job evolves.

To be successful in this role you will have worked in a recruitment role for 2-3 years minimum preferably in house. Recruitment consultants looking for a move to in house would also be a consideration should they reflect experience in similar fields as healthcare, social care or housing. You will have a consistent track record of consistent success and worked in a fast paced environment. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build quick and strong relationships with senior leaders and feel confident to influence and guide those leaders on recruitment expectations. You will have the support of the HR Director who has a strong background in recruitment and talent alongside a great HR team that will work closely with you on policy and procedures. Communication will be key in those role alongside excellent written skills. Most importantly a desire to get stuck in and act as a team player.
