In this exciting role, you play an integral part in facilitating the recruitment and onboarding process for employees on a global scale. You will gain an awesome insight into the full employee lifecycle, from creating job advertisements to working with external agencies and coordinating interviews, as well as arranging the onboarding and inductions for new starters, ensuring they are supported at each step of the way. - Support the wider recruitment team in London
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate and interview data in the ATS
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies
- Handle the full onboarding process including induction agendas
- Recruitment coordination experience
- Highly organised with an ability to handle high-volume work
- Great professional and communication skills
- Excellent people skills with the ability to collaborate well
- Meticulous, proactive and driven
- Degree-level qualification (preferred)
