Frazer Jones is partnering with a fast-growing financial services firm specialising in Cryptocurrency to find a Recruitment Coordinator on a permanent basis for their London office. With an established global presence, the firm continues to play a pioneering role in the cryptocurrency market, providing innovative, 21st century solutions in a revolutionary and sustainable manner.

In this exciting role, you play an integral part in facilitating the recruitment and onboarding process for employees on a global scale. You will gain fantastic insight into the full employee lifecycle, from creating job advertisements to working with external agencies and coordinating interviews, as well as arranging the onboarding and inductions for new starters, ensuring they are supported at each step of the way. Role responsibilities:

  • Support the wider recruitment team across Europe, Asia and the US
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate and interview data in the ATS
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies
  • Handle the full onboarding process including induction agendas

Candidate experience:

  • Recruitment coordination experience
  • Highly organised with an ability to handle high-volume work
  • Great professional and communication skills
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to collaborate well
  • Meticulous, proactive and driven
  • Degree-level qualification (preferred)
