Our retail client is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their fantastic office based in London. To expand their team, they are looking for a driven and well organised TA Coordinator and help out with the day-to-day recruitment administration. The team focus on hiring for the offices in the UK and the Netherlands. Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the TA team with any recruitment administration such as arranging interviews and responding to queries.
- You will provide a great candidate experience to all applicants and provide a clear status update for all candidates who applied or interviewed.
- Managing the shortlist for the team and advertise jobs across all digital platforms.
- Doing the telephone interviews and delivering feedback to the team.
