Main tasks and Responsibilities:
Your experience within HR and Talent Acquisition will be incredibly useful as you will be in the recruitment driver's seat for the company. This includes the entire selection process, from the brief with the Hiring Manager through to offer stage, negotiations and contract signing.
Knowledge of the Belgian market is key as you will act as advisor to the Senior Recruitment Manager on best practice and recruitment strategy for the region.
This is a great opportunity to use your creative skills to develop recruitment advertising material to attract key talent and representation of the company during campus recruitment activities.
Your communication and persuasion skills will be a great asset in this position.
Whilst the corporate company language is English, you will be able to make use of your fluency in Dutch and French on a daily basis.
Flexibility and adaptability are key for this position.
Ability to manage key stakeholders' expectations.
If you have had strong recruitment experience in a commercial setting with knowledge of sourcing and selection techniques, then this position is ideal for you.
Travel is required with this position, you will have the opportunity to visit the UK and Luxemburg offices on a regular basis.
